We offer a full service which includes the delivery and assembly of furniture.

When will my order arrive?

Within 7-14 working days of purchase. Some products are ordered in and have lead times, all lead times are included in the product descriptions.

All deliveries must be opened immediately upon receipt of delivery and any breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery either by phone or email.

Online Purchases Returns Policy 

If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You will then need to return the order to us, in its original packaging and at your own expense, within 14 days. We can arrange collection on your behalf, and deduct the cost from the refund. Once we have received the order back we will issue a full refund including the original delivery charge within 14 days.
